Redrow Homes, the prominent housebuilder, has revealed its plans to add to its North Wales homes portfolio. It will be building a new development over in Penymynydd village in Flintshire in the spring.

The development will be known as Heritage Park, where 56 properties will feature, taken from the firm’s New Heritage Collection. It is not the first time the company has plotted such a scheme, with similar developments cropping up in various regions and leading to home renovations in Chester, among other places.

Redrow Homes sales director, Anita Williams, said:

“Redrow has a strong reputation for creating excellent quality homes in the North West and North Wales and we are looking forward to unveiling this new development for homebuyers in Flintshire. Redrow has seen tremendous sales success at nearby developments including Heathlands, in Buckley, Crown Park, in Chester and the recently sold out Northop Park, in Northop.”

Home buyers can choose from a selection of the more popular house types from Redrow, who will be incorporating two show homes, each with four rooms of professional standards of decoration, in order to give potential buyers a glimpse of what is possible when living on one of the available properties.

Once the marketing suite is open, home seekers can pay a visit to the site any day of the week and talk to the staff at Redrow with regards to the plots on offer, as well as a number of incentives that exist to help house buyers secure their chosen property.
